I don`t use false lashes much, unless I really have to, such as for formal dinners or clubbing. To me, they just seem too uncomfortable and unnatural.
Even when I buy falsies, I look for lashes that look more natural rather than over the top.
I bought a set of lashes, where this one came from, from Missha, a Korean cosmetic company. They`re mainly known for the BB creams.
This pair is actually the most "unnatural" pair I own, due to the length of the lashes. I only use this pair when I`m at a wedding.
As you can see, I only used one. I found out that if I tried to put the full lash on, they would keep falling off and due to how my eye curves, it looked very unnatural. So what I do is cut my lashes in half and then put half on, starting from the outer edge. This gives it a more natural look and its a lot easier to apply, keep on and leave off.
I don`t even put mascara on when I use half because I don`t need to. I found that the lashes blended in well. The best part was, you get 2 sets of lashes when you use the half trick, versus one.
I threw out the glue Missha had given me because it was the standard lash glues that are hard to use, leave marks and not very useful. I use my own Japanese lash glue that has a brush at the end so its easier to apply.
The second photo, I was using half of these lashes.
What do you guys think?
