I fixed my self Miso soup for lunch. I ate it with warm steamed rice. I made a big batch,it was so good i almost ate them all.
I followed the recipe that i found on Youtube.
I used medium firm tofu (cut into small cubes),fermented soybean paste, boiled seaweed (i forgot to chop them),a dash soy sauce, red pepper flakes and chopped scallion on top.
Do you like miso soup?
