With the Victoria`s Secret Fashion Show coming up. Miranda Kerr is making sure she looks good and healthy on her catwalk. I bet I`m not the only person who wants to looks good as her. HAHA! Miranda Kerr is the type of model who works hard for her body. A few things Miranda said she enjoys doing is an hour of yoga in the morning. A long with that she mentioned about she has been working out quite a bit by doing Pilates, strength training with weights with her trainer aside and lastly resistant bands. She does admits she eats super healthy! Here`s a picture of Miranda Kerr with her trainer while he coaches her to do the strength trainings. Whatever he`s telling her to do she looks amazing! Her one trick she wants us to know is that all she eats is organic food!
