Miranda Kerr is one of my favorite Australian Victoria Secret model. A year ago Miranda gave birth to her first son. After her pregnancy she didn`t waste any time so she hopped back up and start working out. Miranda stands at 5 ft. 9 inches tall so she try her best to stay healthy and fit as possible. One of her tips on balancing her diets is to workout daily, eat healthy and stay active. Miranda diet and workout routine includes cardio, internal workout that includes mostly high intensity and sometimes low intensity.
Here`s a list of her daily eating diet plan:
For breakfast she would eat yogurt and muesli together with a side fresh fruit salad. Another one would be boiled eggs with eye toast with avocado lemon with Ginger water. A cup of Green Tea to wash down her breakfast.
For lunch her daily eating includes crisp breads with a fresh Tuna salad. Lemon or Danelion water to flush out the water.
Finally for dinner she would have heaps of Greens with sweet potato, pumpkin roasted. Fish or lamb loin chops it either salmon steak or any piece of steak with veggies. To wash it down she would drink Green Tea with honey.
Miranda Kerr`s fitness routine includes Pilates, running, boxing, Yoga. Her warmup includes up to 5 to 10 minutes including a 5 kms run.
