I had this mini taro a couple days ago but just recently remembered to post this. This is just some taro I had when my family and I celebrated the autumn festival. This is a, I guess, a smaller version of the larger taro. What I did was just steamed this until I could poke a chopstick through the it, that was how I could tell it was done. You could peel the skin off and eat this plain or some people like to dip this in soy sauce. I just ate my plain. Have you tried this?
