Mini red velvet cupcakes with whipped cream and a strawberry on top. So delicious and so easy to make.
1 box red velvet cake mix
1 can of whipped cream
1. Bake the red velvet according to directions on box.
2. Cut strawberries in half if baking big cupcakes or in 4 if making mini cupcakes.
3. Let cupcakes cool and sit for 20 mins.
4. Add a squirt of whipped cream then a strawberry on top.
