Oh how glad am i that i bought puff pastry i had no purpose for. I wanted something savory i could snack on without having to run to the store to buy ingredients. i thought to myself, well you can basically put all misc foods from your fridge in quiche and i had eggs, milk, and cheese anyway. the pie crust i didnt have, so i used puff pastry that i was trying to get rid of.
preheat oven to degree indicated on pastry instruction
thaw crust, roll to desired size, cut into squares that will fill muffin tin
weigh down crust with foil or dried peas/beans and give a quick 5-10 minute prebake to make them slightly golden and slightly puffed
remove whatever was weighing it down and fill them with your favorite quiche recipe.
return to oven to bake
let cool on wire rack
