I`ve posted a few times about one of my favourite places to get nail polish, Toronto Barber and Beauty Supply, but I haven`t had the chance to go in a long while.
They have a few locations but they are all fairly out of the way of the directions I usually travel. But luckily for me, I was sent very close nearby for a work assignment last weekend and once I was done, I decided to take the opportunity to stop by.
I actually went in because they are one of the few places in Toronto that sell the Out the Door top coat. I recently bought it in New Jersey this summer, and it has officially beat out my all time favourite Top coat, Seche Vite. I will post a proper review on it soon, so look out for that. The Out The Door topcoat is more expensive than Seche Vite here in Canada, probably because it is harder to find, but it is well worth the extra cost. It is 7.99 compared to the 5.99 Seche Vite.
As always they stocked all the latest Essie and OPI collections, but as tempting as they were, I stuck with the clearance section for this time. I managed to find an OPI `Satin Matte` black called `4 in the Morning` on clearance for 4.99. I don`t have too many Matte polishes (I do have a matte top coat from ELF that I use to make any polish matte), but I was curious to try this one.
I have a plan to try a matte nail with a shiny french tip if I can manage it! :P
