Hey girls! So two days ago on Saturday, I went to an outlet mall near me and shopped with a friend as kind of a celebratory goodbye because she would have to visit China for the rest of the summer which meant that I wouldn`t be seeing her! We went to this outdoors mall that was in the shape of a huge square and it was so exhausting because the mall was probably a good mile or two of stores to get through x] Since it was outdoors, it meant that we would have to deal with probably inconsistent weather which did end up causing trouble because when we first got there, it was a stifling 105 degrees but then halfway through our shopping trip, it suddenly started raining which made us super cold LOL! Nothing dampened our shopping spirit though and we still got through the whole mall, shopping till we dropped
So this time around, I tried to only buy a little bit if nothing at all because I have been shopping alot in the past and I spent too much money >.< We hit a bunch of stores because there were like good deals in every store, no kidding. I think that it was because the Fourth of July has only recently past so they had some sweet deals. A bunch of stores were 40% off everything which is amazing! The sales might still be going on so definitely check them out if you can :D
With all of those sales, its a wonder that I didn`t end up with at least 10 shopping bags but I didn`t allow myself to get anything until the very end where I gave in. What I got was a cute orange, coral, and beige scarf from New York & Company. This was my first time going inside but I definitely have a positive image of their store now! I ended up with the scarf shown in the pictures. The original cost was $20 but I got it for $14 because of 40% off which I was pretty happy about :) I thought it was SO cute and would be great for a variety of seasons so I will definitely be wearing this lots!
Have you ever shopped at New York & Company before? How did you like it?
