The other day I prepared tapioca for homemade bubble tea. The next day I had tapioca leftover so I used one of the Hong Kong milk tea packet that I buy from the grocery store in an attempt to make my favourite bubble tea even though the flavours aren`t the same as the ones in store. The ones in store have a stronger tea flavour. Unfortunately the tapiocas already lost its texture and was mushy so it`s best to use them all the same day.
