The milk pastries are a cookies very easy to make and very good.
To be honest my milk pastries never get well, but everybody eat in the same...lol.
It was my aunt who gave me the recipe and her milk pastries are so delicious, they are so different from mine.
The last time I made it was on Easter, and they were strange but good.
To make the milk pastries, first you must grease the forms with butter. After in a bowl you mix the sugar (400 g) with the flour (125 g) and 3 eggs. Stir well and add 75g of melted butter.
Boil milk (0.5 L) with a lemon peel and joins the last prepared, and mixing without stopping and without removing the lemon peel. Allowed to cool.
Then just throw in the forms and place in oven. That`s it :P
