To look fit as Miley Cyrus you`ll need to attend Pilates classes. Another thing that`s helping her shedding the weights are controlling gluten-free diet. Of course, working out requires dedication. That`s what Miley Cyrus have been doing all along. She also takes daily walks with her dog. Her goal is to stay in shape because lately fans are saying she`s getting fat!
I`m not a fan of Miley, but I must admit she looks good! I would die to be in that shape, but more toner. I don`t want to look too skinny now.
