Set your arms straight aside your body. With palms face down, leave your legs to a 45 degree angle, slowly rotate your legs open. From the hip angle try to squeeze your legs & heels together.

<strong> HOW TO:</strong>
Lie flat on your back and double stretch your legs. Bring your knees towards your chest. Hugs your knees like no other. Lol. Hold both of your ankles. By keeping your shoulders down life your head. Mari said imagine you`re getting stucked into a magician box.
