The bikini season is coming up so what better time to start working on achieving a body to die for then the start of April. Today I have decided to pick an icon whom will inspire me to work out to achieve a body like them and this year I have picked Miley Cyrus.
Here you can see she has a wonderfully toned yet not too skinny body and thats what I aim for. I hope to be comfortable in my own skin and so my diet will be changed a little to get a body like Mileys.
She is often seen going to the gym or out jogging which clearly helps her to tone up and so this morning I went for a 15 minute run. I know its not much but I will build this up. Later before bed I will do 30 sit ups to help tone my stomach which is also something I have read Miley dones.
