Miley Cyrus took the Pilates studio by storm earlier this year, acquiring an enviable toned stomach and svelte figure after she shed 20lbs.
The 19-year-old star credits Mari Winsor Pilates for her new found abs, visiting the instructor several times a week to maintain her fit figure.
Now, Ms Windsor has released an at-home Pilates DVD for under $15, democratically giving critics and fans alike the chance to acquire the star`s toned physique.
Ms Winsdor`s new DVD, called Lower Body Pilates, concentrates on what she calls the `rear view,` with a workout that encompasses her clients` requests from the waist down: the hips, the glutes, the butt, the inner and outer thighs.

She explains that with Pilates, regardless of the exercise or routine you are doing, your abs are engaged - even though you`re focusing on your hips, thighs, and glutes.
Ms Windsor added: `Miley is a fan of all Pilates exercises, in particular those that sculpt the abs.
`In Pilates, every exercise that you do is focused on your abs, or as we call it in Pilates, your powerhouse. The 100, the double leg stretch, and the criss-cross are all crucial to sculpting your abs.`
Besides taking daily Pilates classes, the young star and finacee of Liam Hemsworth, proclaimed on Twitter that a gluten and lactose-free diet was the secret behind her smaller new frame.
