Mila Kunis had to went through a extreme weight loss not to long ago to play a role in the movie "Black Swan". Mila was on a healthy weight and had to drop 20lb for the role, making her looks very skinny and frail.
After her role, Mila got her weight to a healthy weight but the extreme weight loss was in such a short space that wasn`t even made in a healthy way, so she most likely took her body to starvation.
Now she is speaking about how that weight loss changed her body and that ever since the weight loss the weight didn`t got back to the same places she used to gain them and is now going mostly to her hips.
Here is what she said (quoted from the source):
" My shape is different. When I got down to 95 pounds, I was muscles, like a little brick house, but skin and bones. When I gained it back, it went to completely different areas.
Id be happy if my a** got bigger. All the weight that left my chest went to my side hip, my stomach. "
Mila Kunis example is a perfect one of why extreme weight loss or made without following a healthy calorie limited diet is dangerous because It will put your body into starvation mode and you end up losing more muscle mass than actual fat and will feel sick.
A healthy weight loss should be made without a healthy calorie limit (never below 1200 for woman and 1500 for men) and with exercise, also in a right amount to not overdo it.
Mila looks great now but it did take an effect on her body and one that it will be difficult to overcome.
What do you think of her weight changes?
Have you ever went through a extreme weight loss or know someone that did?
