Hi guys, I guess this can be an addition to my self-health series. Migraines are a breach, kind of like life but in a worse way. I used to have horrible migraines when I was younger; I went to the doctor, and they told me I couldn`t receive medication because my grades didn`t falter due to the headaches. Fortunately for me, I don`t have them as aggressively as I did at that age, but they still pop up every now and then with my loud family or perhaps on a car ride. My advice? I think this is the only thing that really works... sleep. Medication never helped, not that over the counter stuff, and keeping my eyes open was torture. What are you guys` suggestions for those out there hat have horrid migraines? I`m interested.
