I know I`m not the only one who turns to cereal whenever I crave something around midnight.! Last night, I decided to eat one of the millions of cereals that my dad bought the other day. I have not tasted/seen this kind before. I usually like Cinnamon Toast Crunch so I thought I`d like this new find too.
The little pieces of the cereal was frosted, so it had enough sugar on it already so I decided to pair it with an unsweetened Almond-Coconut milk which added a nice coconuty taste to this cereal without adding more calories than I needed. A bit more healthier alternative than what I usually reach for lol. :)
Frosted Toast Crunch: 120/180 calories per 1/4c serving
Almond/Coconut Milk: 45 calories per 1c serving
Have you guys tried this cereal before? What do you guys think about coconut/almond milk? :)
