So today, my coworkers brought cupcakes and chocolate biscuits to work and I decided against trying all the sweets because that would not be the best option for me to go after eating a litre of ice cream last night ><
So instead, I took out my frozen grapes in the freezer and poured myself a cup of frozen red and green grapes =) I don`t like the red grapes because they were seeded and frozen seeds are bitter =( The green grapes were seedless and tasted much better.
This is one of those times where my judgement call trumps my sugar cravings. A good example of those "I`m trying to be healthy" moments =P
At work, though I eat the most "amount" of food in terms of quantity, the quality of my food is better. It`s more nutrient dense than calorie dense. Hence I end up consuming a lot less calories even though I eat a lot more.
Frozen grapes are usually my go to sugary snack because they`re very sweet and they replace ice pops or cakes. And I get full from eating a cup because I`m forced to eat them slowly as they are frozen.
