Microsoft: Windows Live brand will end

Microsoft has decided to leave the Windows Live brand and services shall be independent and will be integrated into operating systems Windows 8 and Windows Phone.

Microsoft announced Windows 8 Official Blog that will give up Windows Live, with services operating independently.

As indicated on blog, Windows Live did not integrate into Windows as it was supposed, as happened with Windows Media Player or Movie Maker, even causing some confusion among users.
