Here I wanted to share something super healthy and delicious ad vegetarian with you.
These are slices of whole wheat baguette, with Dijon on top, some mushrooms, slices of avocado on the side an a light salad without dressing. I don`t like dressing on my salad and I usually don`t put spreads on my bread, except if it`s Dijon.
This made for a nice snack or can count as a meal if it`s evening time. a serving of beans or tofu would`ve factored in as protein if needed (:
