This was what I had earlier this month when I was in LA visiting my cousins. She told me to try this dish from Quang Nam called Mi Quang. It is basically Vietnamese turmeric Noodles.
This dish has wide yellow turmeric noodles, sesame rice crackers, roasted peanuts, fresh herbs, prawns, and pork meat
Mì Quang is served with very little broth and almost like a dry noodle dish. I like dishes with little to no broth because its taste better in my opinion.
Here is a website of how others make these. I got mine at a restaurant and never made it before.. When I have money to play with I will attempt to make this.
