Firstly, please excuse how crappy I look in this photo. No make up and still recovering from my operation.
But this post is all about crayon melting.
My mum bought me a canvas the other day, and I`ve always wanted to do some crayon melting, so this was a perfect opportunity.
What you need to do:
1. Get a big enough canvas and enough brightly coloured crayons to fit one length of the canvas.
2. Using hot glue, glue the crayons down one length of the canvas. I put them in rainbow order (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet) but you can use any colours you want and put them in any order you want.
3. Then once the glue has dried, take a blow dryer and melt the crayons downwards. It`s that easy.
I would advise putting down newspaper though, on the ground and walls, because crayon gets everywhere.
Check out some Youtube videos to give you any more information, there`s loads of them out there.
I hope you guys give it a go! :)
