Today`s exercise of the day is Russian Twists! Russian twists are great for your abs, especially love handles! How to do a russian twist:
1. go into a sit up position, but lift your back so it is raised slightly off the ground
2. reach out your hands and reach your left hand to touch your left ankle
3. repeat this with your right hand to right ankle
4. 1 rep = touching both ankles
