I have been eating healthy and exercising daily so my energy is a little low from all the activity. I decided to try these pills that will give you a bit more energy and I am hoping it will work specifically for my workouts, which are pretty intense. I have been taking for around a week now and I take 2 a day instead of 3 a day because I don`t like to have TOO much caffeine. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I have found that my exercise is easier at the beginning, but at the end of an hour long workout I start to get tired. There is also a bit of a downtime afterwards where I feel overly exhausted, I guess this is kind of a "crash" of using all the energy/caffeine/green tea from the pills. I have noticed a slight lowering in my weight, like 1/2 a pound. Nothing dramatic. I will continue to use the box up but won`t repurchase because of the slight crash feeling I get at the end of the day.
