Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day. A good breakfast kind of reassures a good day for me. It`s especially important after a good workout (have to remember to refuel your body).
So today`s breakfast of choice was a nice meaty omelette. I usually go for a vegetable omelette, however I was starving this morning so I thought why not go big. This was filled with Italian sausage and pork slices, along with all of the essential vegetables.
Topped it off with a bit of hot sauce (gotta have the hot sauce!) and it was a great meal.
