I present to you a dish that my mom makes almost every week and it is very good. Simple to make and in the end it will be worth the labor expended.
Here is the recipe:
1 package of cream sauce for meat Mimosa
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 cup of white wine
1 courgette, diced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 roll of puff pastry fresh
Mimosa unsalted butter q.s.
Melt 2 tbsp (tablespoons) unsalted butter Mimosa in a pan and add the chopped onion, garlic and 1 bay leaf.
When the onion is translucent, add the mushrooms, diced zucchini and cook about 5 minutes.
Add the minced meat and cook about 4 minutes.
Drizzle with white wine and let evaporate.
Stir in cream sauce Mimosa for meat and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Unroll the puff pastry and fresh, in the center, place the cooled meat mixture.
Fold the dough, making a roll.
Return to oven preheated to 180 ° C, about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the dough is browned.
