I try to eat healthy,it is hard. I have pledged to myself to not any meat on Monday. Well,i break the rule sometimes,but i make on the next day.
Today,my lunch is Tofu in Spicy Black Bean Garlic sauce. I put slices of green pepper, red hot peppers and broccoli. I serve with warm steamed rice. I always pick extra firm tofu,because they don`t break apart too easy.
I know many people find tofu disgusting lol. My husband even said that tofu tastes like cardboard. How mean is that!! haha..
I think it depends how you cook it though. For example, if you like Japanese Food,you might want to try silk tofu in Miso Soup. It`s so good!. Tofu is known as a very good source of protein. So,what don`t you give it a try.
