I made these meatballs last night because I am trying to eat a little more low-carb to drop a couple pounds. I will eat these with some tomato sauce, add a side salad and call it a meal. These were so super easy to make. I used Laura`s Lean Beef which is organic and made from grass fed healthy happy cows! It was one pound of that, about 1/4 c bread crumbs, 1 egg, some spices, garlic and onion. Mix it all up and form into balls. Put on a greased pan for 20 minutes in 400 degree oven and they are done! Yum, can`t wait to eat these!
