Meat Balls

The other night I had some meat in the fridge that needed some cooking! I love spaghetti but I hate too much sauce ( and my husband disagrees! ). I decided to make meat balls in my own sauce concoction so I could scoop them out and just have what sauce was attached to the meat ball itself. I put the meat into a bowl, and mixed in Italian seasons, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and rolled them into balls. I browned them in a pan, and then added a can of tomato paste, and a can of diced tomatoes. To flavor the sauce I just added some more Italian seasoning and garlic powder. They came out delicious and we both got our spaghetti the way we like it!
