Today for breakfast I had a mango pineapple smoothie from McDonald`s and a blueberry muffin. I was not impressed with the smoothie. It did taste like mango pineapple, but it was by far the most unhealthy smoothie I`ve EVER had. 66g of carbs and 65g of sugar for a medium!! I only drank half of it. It had SOO much sugar in it I could taste the particles in every sip. It was way too sweet and overpowered the fruit flavours. Every sip tasted good for about a second until all the sugar settled on my tongue and completely messed with what could have been a delicious smoothie. They claim it has real fruit, but it`s 90% sugar. I DO NOT recommend their smoothies. In fact they`re not really smoothies at all, just really thick sugary juice concoctions. Go somewhere else. The muffins are also really sugary, but at least they taste like muffins.
The smoothies come in strawberry banana and blueberry pomegranate flavours as well, but I`m not gonna be trying them. The only healthy thing about it is that it has 90% vitamin c, but you can get more than that in a cup of orange juice.
