*Please keep in mind that this post went up on my personal blog back in February. I know we aren`t quite into the weather that inspires bright colors and flowers, but I randomly decided that was what I wanted. I wanted something ultra feminine and playful. The irony, though, is that the very day after I painted my nails like this.... it snowed. HAHA! I won`t complain because I adore the snow. I am wearing one coat of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails, 2 coats of Zoya Maya, and a coat of Out The Door. For the design, I simply dotted on the flowers in Sinful Colors White on White and then pressed a yellow rhinestone into the center. I have, once again, been reminded of why I don`t use Out The Door as my topcoat when I have any designs on my fingers. The brush isn`t as soft as my Seche Vite and when I swipe it on it always streaks the design. :-( My flowers ran all over my finger, the center detail smudged together, and the dots along the sides of the flower found their way into being part of the flower. BOOO! Plus, it doesn`t dry quite as fast or as shiny as Seche Vite. Still decent, though. It just isn`t my favorite. Ooo, Valentine`s Day is almost here! I need to start thinking of a manicure to do this year for it. Ideas?
