The carrot has known properties: it is rich in vitamin A, vitamin B and C. Is particularly used to facilitate the tan in the summer periods thanks to the presence of Beta-carotene, and can also be used for the production of face masks.
Simmer a carrot until it is cooked enough to be able to crush with a fork. After having crushed, add two tablespoons of honey and optionally, a tablespoon of milk or yogurt.
I remind you that before you apply your mask, you should cleanse your face. To do this you can use a mild soap or your preferred cleanser.
If you have already done this step you can apply the mask on face and neck and leave for 10 minutes. Remove the mask with warm water and apply your usual cream.
This mask I can usually close of summer. To have beautiful skin, however, the masks are not sufficient, we must follow a proper diet and drinking lots of water.
