Recently I got another date masks in order to test for the blog, all the masks are Montagne Jeunesse, they can be found at the supermarket, I usually buy in Intermach, where you usually find them?
The first mask I used is Red Hot Earth, what attracted me to this is the fact that those masks that heat, heat the mask is supposed to open the pores for deeper cleaning. The effect of a sauna is also supposed to be relaxing.
This is a clay mask, recommended for combination skin, normal and oily. color shade may vary from package to package but mine was pale pink, not red as in packaging.
The consistency is creamy and thick, a little harder to spread than the rest of the masks I tried. To apply the mask simply pass over the face by warm water, just water, no need to use soap.
On the face mask and apply the wet, as always, you should avoid the area around the eyes and mouth. The mask really heats up, it`s very strange but the effect does not last long.
When I apply the mask to half of my face is hot and when I just apply the rest of the mask the other side is practically cold.
You must let the mask for 5 minutes and then remove with water, I like to make masks with the help of a face sponge, is much faster and easier.
After the mask my skin was not red or irritated, but cleaner and smoother. The smell of the mask for me is hard to describe but it`s nice, maybe chewing gum, a little fruity but not much.
Contains 15g. It is not my favorite, and probably will not be back, but not bad at all but I think the Montagne Jeunesse has other masks that are better compared to this.
As I said, you can find more masks of Montagne Jeunesse at the supermarket, and they cost 2 each.
