MARYS SMOOTHIE WEEK So, one of the reasons that I have been super busy and not been 100% with posts is that my boyfriend and I have been moving around. Just because we bought a place and so we are moving and things get shuffled and stuff gets founded! AND THATS HOW MY MAGIC BULLET WAS FOUND!!! And since I went on vacation and ate a bunch of fatty foods I feel like I need to go through some sort of cleanse. But Im a fatty at heart and could never do it properly. So instead, every day for the past week, Ive been making myself fruit smoothies to help myself get a little more healthier. And as for my smoothies, theres no certain recipe that I follow its pretty much what I have in the fridge. But the basics are fruits either juice, yogurt or tea and some honey. 1) apples, pineapples, strawberries, raspberries, orange juice and honey 2) raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapples, green tea and honey 3) strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, banana yogurt and honey 4) kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, water and honey 5) kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pear, yogurt and honey Ive made a lot more but those are generally the jist of the combinations.
