As an athlethe you`re expected to be in shape. But Mark Munoz who is a fighter for the UFC, kind of left himself go after a loss and injuries but him into a state of depression. According to him, he kept eating and eating as part of his depression. Thankfully he has great trainers and a workout mentality to start. Since January he has been able to drop from 261 lbs to 199 lbs. He`s scheduled to fight this upcoming weekend at 185 lbs. Have you ever turned to food when depressed?
