Maria Menounos has gotten her shape together because of these simple routine she does. There are four parts, but I`ll list the first ones for you.
-You`re to do this routine for about three times a week.
-Be on your cardio work out at least four times a week.
Exercise: Get in a fighting position, your left foot goes in the front with your knees gently bent, same goes for the elbows and put your hands in front of your face.
Next start lighting your right elbow out to the side to your shoulder, but level it out. Take right thumb towards your right shoulder. While you pivot to the left drive your elbow forward.
Finally reposition yourself in a fighting position. Get your elbows to bent, take right knee in front of you, takes hips and push forward, your torso should be in line as your hips. Do each steps with 15 reps, three sets. Remember to switch side.
These workout are great targets for your shoulders, arms and legs.
