For lunch the other day I cooked some mapo tofu. It`s one of my favorites since it`s inexpensive and healthy. I just cooked some ground turkey. Then I chopped up some red onion and red peppers. I stir fried those a bit. Then I added the soft tofu and some garlic. After I added oyster sauce. Serve with white rice. I did add too much soy sauce, oops!
