For the past week I`ve been craving for a crepe. Any kind of it: chocolate, tutela, peanut butter, butter and sugar, honey...
So tonight for dessert we had maple syrup crepes.
I use the recipe I always do:
6 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
170 ml milk
Mix it all in the mixer. Put a small amount of butter or vegetable mil in a frying pan (just so it doesn`t stick). Cover the bottom of the pan with a thin lazer of the mix. Let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes. As soon as you can, turn it upside down to cook the other side, now just for 1 or 2 minutes.
Serve it in a dish covered with one tablespoon of maple syrup...or any other filling you like.
