http://Justonecookbook.com has so of the best recipes ever! I stumbled across this yummy Mango Coconut smoothie recipe and you ladies have got to give it a try.. It`s supper delicious and healthy!
1 cup frozen mango (or fresh mango with 5 ice cubes)
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. chia seeds
1¼ cup Silks Unsweetened Coconutmilk
1. Put banana, frozen mango (or fresh mango + ice cubes), Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and coconutmilk in an electric blender/mixer.
2. Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
I tryed this and it tastes delicious!
