I`ve been wanting to eat a bit healthier lately when it comes to my daily food intake.
So, yesterday I had a sliced up mango with two egg whites. I guess the yolk inside of an egg (yellow stuff) is where all the cholesterol is at. So, I could have used a bit of pepper on the eggs, but instead I just greased the bottom of the pan with a small amount of butter to give the eggs some taste!
I wanted to eat some berries with my breakfast, so I just had my Naked juice called <strong>Protein Zone. Double Berry</strong>.The taste was good, but it left a nasty gritty feeling in your mouth. I HATE THAT.
<strong>Naked Juice Ingredients</strong>
- 6 strawberries.
- 5 Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 3 Apples
A ton of potassium, whey and soy protein, and vitamin C.
I only drink like 1/4 everyday even though you can drink half.
I always love reading the back of the Naked juice bottles. lol
