Today was potluck at my work today. The last time I just purchase something because I didn`t have time. So this time I really wanted to make something. But because I came home late in the evening last night because of the Bourne Legacy screening, I had to make it in the morning before I left work!
So I decided to make Curry Chicken Wings.
2 LB Chicken Wings (Mid Section Only)
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
I used a medium sized pot and put about 1/3 water full. I started adding the wings and other ingredients. I wanted the carrots and potatoes to cook from the beginning because if you cook it later it can tend to be too hard. (I learned the hard way!) I cooked for about 20 minutes and than I added the sauce mix. It was hard which I broke into about 4 cubes and threw into the pot. I cooked for about another 20 minutes and was done.
My colleagues really enjoyed it. But I cooked way too much. Next time I`ll just cook 1 LB. The good thing about cooking what you like is you get to have it for leftovers for dinner. =)
Talk the TALK
1) Have you ever participated in a potluck before? If so what did you cook?
2) Do you like to eat Curry Chicken?
(Second pic by the way is some of the stuff my colleagues bought. There were tons more stuff but decided to pig out instead of taking more pictures!)
