So in the new year I`ve been trying to eat healthier, but its hard to give up the things that you love, one of those things is PASTA so instead I decided to make pasta healthier.
What I did
1) Chop fresh bell peppers
2)Fry them with a teaspoon of oil
3)Boil spaghetti, drain it THEN pan fry it for 5-10 minutes WITH the bell peppers.
Why does this make the spaghetti healthier? BECAUSE you get rid of some of the carbohydrates when you drain the boiled pasta and then fry it.
Would you guys try this?
