Make Your Own (Healthy) Peanut Butter

Let`s face it. We`re all a little bit crafty at heart. Whether it`s building or cooking, the simpler, the better, right? After stumbling around on the internet for a while, I came across this recipe for homemade, gluten free peanut butter! It`s incredibly simple.

All you need is a food processor, 16 ounces of dry roasted peanuts, and a pinch of salt. Combine the two ingredients, and let the food processor have it! The mixture will be a little crumbly and powdery, but eventually with patience, it`ll get creamier. Add salt to taste! If it`s still a little dry, try adding a little oil (canola, olive, veggie, etc).
