I now weigh in anywhere between 130-140lbs.

There are few tricks i used to make my weightloss journey FUN!
1) To track your weight loss, find a app thats suited for you. I use Weight loss trainer.
2) Eat healthy foods, plans your meals ahead of time. Protein shakes come in as a quick meal replacement.
3) Walking is now your best friend. When useing weights you do low weights high reps. When your ready to tone youd do high weight an low reps.
4) take pictures, this helped me alot. Being able to see the results made me motivated to keep up the good work.
All you have to do is find a groove thats right for you, stick with it & watch the weight melt off.
