You will need purchase a bag of beer batter chips/fries from the grocery store, I personally recommend the brand McCain. Once you have your chips/fries, you will need to preheat your conventional oven to 450*F. On a backing sheet you should place aluminum foil to fit the whole sheet, then place your fries on top of said foil. Once fries are spread out and not layered on top of each other, sprinkle oregano and a fair amount of garlic on top. (Most of the garlic will cook out, so in this case the phrase `less is more` no longer exists!) Once you have your oregano and garlic on top, place in oven for 20 minutes. There you go, you have just put your own twist on your beer batter chips/fries, and made it so savory no one will be able to resist them!
