Maine Lobster with Ginger Scallion Sauce (Tom Hum)

It`s been awhile since my boyfriend ate lobster so we decided to share this entree together. The dish is called <strong>Maine Lobster with Ginger Scallion Sauce</strong>. The maine lobster (in Vietnamese called Tom Hum) is a whole lobster cut into pieces, stir fried with some ginger, scallion and chicken broth served with white rice (but the white rice was dry so we didn`t eat it). The lobster was extremely good and juicy! My boyfriend ate majority of it because I`m not a lobster fan but I did have some and I enjoyed it. My boyfriend especially loved the head of the lobster aka the brains, lol.

This dish was freaking expensive though, it was $30 but well worth the price because it satisfied my boyfriend`s food desires and it was really filling plus the portion size is good [well enough for 3 but it was just us 2, lol]. We also got a complementary soup- we chose "Butternut Squash", and it was just okay. It doesn`t really look like butter nut squash from the photo, looks more of like a chicken noodle soup.
