Last year I heard that magnesium chloride is very healthy for you if you have leg cramps or cramps. You boil water,leave it to cold and then put 30 grams of magnesium chloride in one liter of water. Drink 30 ml every day,and you`ll feel the difference. Also you can make a bath from magnesium chloride. Try it,you`ll get rid of the cramps after a few days of using it. :)
