So we ran out of Kimchi last week, so since I had two large napa cabbages I thought to myself, why the hell not? This is my third time making kimchi from scratch. It is actually on my counter right now fermenting. I can`t wait to taste it. The recipe I used was from Maangchi at http://Maangchi.com If you people have not checked her out yet, go to her youtube channel and she will teach you how to make all those delicious Korean dishes. Kimchi is actually relatively easy to make as long as you follow the steps correctly. I hope you guys enjoy and try it out one day. xD
