In the other day I made Macaroni Bolognese for dinner and it was delicious it was my first time but all went well!
For those who want to know its quite simple to do it:
Temper the meat with garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper in the meanwhile cook one onion with a little olive oil and drizzle with some white wine then gather the meat and let it cook put some spoons of tomato pulp and let it cook some more time.
While you cook the meat also make the macaroni separately and turn the oven.
When everything is cooked put it on a tray that goes to the oven and place over a generous dose of mozzarella and oregano goes 10 minutes for grating!
